Project Estimate & Scope Overview Report For

ALLCRETE Concrete Placement

Summary

The website comparatively to everything else I've seen especially after I looked outside of it is like a D1 football athlete who's on his knees in every photo to make himself look shorter.

You have a gold mine: 28 years of experience. Union trained. A storefront at 45 Elm St in Fishkill — people know where to find you. We all know the contractor who takes half the deposit and disappears. Your physical location sets in a major layer of trust from the jump.

A commercial portfolio that spans apartment complexes, hospitals, government buildings, warehouses, parking garages, casinos and a residential portfolio pool decks, stamped concrete, patios, driveways, walkways, foundations.

You already do both. But people who would call you immediately that type "stamped concrete contractor" find someone else and if they do get to the website, it makes the company look like it's less than it actually is.

That's what we're fixing.

Problem-Solution Breakdown:

#1: The website doesn't represent the company.

We're building a home base that forks immediately: a residential path and a commercial path. Same design language across both so the brand stays singular, but the copy on each side speaks directly to whoever's reading it. The homeowner looking at pool deck pricing and the GC reviewing sub qualifications are two completely different conversations — they should be having two completely different experiences.

#2: No one can find you for what you actually do.

Blogs don't work like they used to anymore. People are just asking ChatGPT or Google's AI for most things. So I built a system that makes what humans are likely to search for easy for bots to grab — everything that has to do with needing your company.

For every service you offer, crossed against every city and town in your service area, generating their own dedicated ranking pages. "Stamped concrete contractor Beacon." "Commercial slab installation Albany." "Concrete driveway Poughkeepsie." Hundreds of entry points, each one built to rank and built to convert. This is the same system I built for Cruger Contracting and All Systems Heating & Cooling.

All Systems eight inbound leads in the first ten days after launch. Cruger was ranking in the top three for over 40 search terms inside three weeks.

This build will run on my V2 SEO architecture built out after I saw what the first version was capable of, and created specifically to adapt to Google's changes when a rapid increase in ranking occurs. It'll be the most sustainable version yet.

Layered into this are the materials and methods pages. Every rebar grade, mix design, stamping pattern, finish type, color hardener you work with — each one becomes its own page with FAQs and project photos attached. Google rewards depth. Customers reward clarity. If you have specific brands you vouch for or ones that everybody else messes up add those in the form. Even the stuff that only contractors would know about.

Area pages for Sidewalks, underground pools, patios, hotel entrances etc. We turn these pages into a hub that centralizes all the different services you offer for that specific area, turning everyday terminology into ranking opportunities that get eyes on you.

#3: Acorn leads are leaking.

Someone who's looking and lands on a page built specifically for their city and their project type is going to see you but the piece that's getting left on the table right now is this: anyone who clicks your Acorn link and doesn't finish the application just disappears.

You never get their name, their number, nothing.

We put a three-field gate in front of the redirect — name, phone, email, address. They submit first, then they go to Acorn.

Every submission hits you before it hits them.

#4: Nine reviews for 28 years of work.

The satisfied clients are already there. We just need to make it easy for them to say nice things about the company — with protections so it's not easy for people to publicly go after you when it can be resolved privately. Pre-verifying forms with quick checks redirect unhappy clients to a private resolution path. If they pass, they go straight to the Google review form. Every review that comes in gets a response. Target is 50 real Google reviews inside 120 days. With the network you've built over 28 years, this is very possible.

#5: Google Business and your directory presence aren't doing the work they should.

Categories updated, complete service catalog, business description written to rank, project photos loaded, Q&A section built out. This is usually the fastest visible win — local search responds within weeks. Combined with the site build and the citations, you're compounding from day one.

On top of that — your name, address, and phone number consistent across 60-plus platforms: every major contractor platform, every local directory, every relevant citation site. Google reads consistency as a trust signal. It compounds quietly in the background while everything else is doing the heavy lifting. You've already got a solid foundation including Houzz — that's a great head start, because it makes what I'm about to do look less sudden in Google's eyes. You've been slowly building out the domain's link structure. We're building on top of that.

The Step-By-Step Process

Step 1 — Intake

When all looks & your ready below is the managment plan link. Once that is submitted you'll be redirected to a form covering everything I need: services, materials and brands, service area, & other info.

From there you you'll be redirected to access the Google Drive directory I set up for you containing folders pre-organized to drop all of your photos & videos into. No rush on getting all of this uploaded in 1 day as you'll have around 2 weeks while I'm building the initial parts of site & then will input all the media into the website.

Step 2 — Site Build

The full site goes up. Both lanes, all pages, project catalog, contact forms, lead gate before Acorn, all functionalities built and connected.

Step 3 — SEO Build & Domain Transfer

I'll grab the domain from squarespace & transfer it over to the WIX's hosting platform which should take less than 48 hours but max 72 to complete. While that is happening I will be setting the Service, location, area, material matrix architecture in & begin building the V2 framework implemented on top of it.

Step 4 — Site Launch

Site will be offically launched & at this point now or before I'll give you a walkthrough of the website dashboard & the app on your phone showing you how everything works.

Step - 5 Directory Listings + Google Business

Then I'll 60-plus citations pushed across every major platform and local directory you'll have to answer some phone verifications but & I'll need access to the email that we are listing to make sure its organized for all the excess emails you will recieve from all the different listing companies. At the same time I'm doing this I will be optimizing the Google Business categories, service catalog, photos, and Q&A.

Step 6 — Indexing + Final V2 Overwrites

Google starts pulling and surfacing the new pages within a couple weeks. Every page reviewed and rewritten for uniqueness while results start populating. This is what gives the rankings staying power not just a spike.

Step 7 — Ongoing

From this point we have now done the blitzcreig attack & can begin tracking & using all the data we get from the 3000+ website pages to finetune & update the website to bring in more & more traffic for potential clients. Continue to build upon the architecture as google continues its roleouts. Keeping the site strong & effective adding new listings, pages & projects to showcase to new clients.

Final Thoughts

We have the foundation to build the next level. The pedigree, the experience, the credentials, the storefront, the portfolio, and the story. I'm excited and looking forward to working with you. If you have any questions, thoughts, or concerns — shoot me a text or call anytime.
