Executive Summary
Google Ads is the fastest way to get Cruger Contracting in front of homeowners who are actively searching for work right now. The website is already built to convert, so this isn’t about “trying ads” — it’s about running a controlled, measurable system that produces calls and quote requests while filtering out low-quality traffic.

How This Works
We run Google Ads in a tight, efficient way. Instead of advertising everything to everyone, we focus on the highest-intent searches, the best towns, and the services that bring the strongest projects. Ads are built to drive either calls or quote requests, and tracking is set up so we can see exactly what’s producing real leads.

Setup + Tracking (Foundation)
We build the account correctly from day one: campaign structure, keyword targeting, ad copy, call/location extensions, and conversion tracking for calls and form submissions. This is what prevents wasted spend and allows us to make decisions based on real performance instead of guesses.

Low-Budget Approach (Search-Only + Tight Targeting)
Since we’re starting with a lower ad budget, we keep it lean and efficient:

  • Search campaigns only (no display ads, no wasted placements)

  • Tight location targeting (only the towns you want most)

  • Exact/Phrase match keywords to avoid broad junk traffic

  • Aggressive negative keyword protection (jobs, DIY, cheap, etc.)

  • Focus on 1–2 core services first so the spend concentrates and produces data faster

This structure is how you make a smaller budget actually perform.

Optimization & Budget Protection (Ongoing Work)
Once campaigns are live, we continuously refine performance: search term reviews, negative keyword updates, bid and budget adjustments, ad testing, and tightening targeting based on what produces real inquiries. The goal is simple — cut waste and push spend toward what converts.

First Month Included (No Management Fee)
The first month of Google Ads management is included and covered under your Website / SEO Management package. During this month we launch, collect clean data, and tighten the campaign so it runs efficiently.

The only cost during the first month is the ad spend, which is paid directly to Google through the billing method connected to the Google Ads account. Daily and monthly caps are set so spending stays exactly where you approve.

Ad Spend (What You Pay Google)
Ad spend is separate from management and is charged directly by Google. Since we’re taking the low-budget route, the recommended starting range is:

  • $15–$25/day (~$450–$750/month)

This is the lowest range that still allows the campaign to gather enough data to optimize and generate consistent activity. You control the budget at all times, and we can adjust based on lead quality and volume.

Reporting + Ownership
You own the Google Ads account. Nothing is locked behind SW Digital. You’ll have visibility into performance, and we’ll provide updates based on real search data and actual lead results.

Timing
Ads can launch as soon as verification and tracking are in place. This is designed to be controlled, efficient, and measurable from the start.
