Hey Frank! Here's the outline of exactly what I’m doing, what I need from you, and what happens next Start to finish. 

Firstly I located two active Google Business Profiles for your company:

The remaining locations from your site do not currently have live Google Business Profiles:

1. Creation of the New Google Business Profiles

I’m building  new GBP listings for the locations you’ve already selected. This includes:

• Name, hours

• categories, services (SEO Optimized)

• Business description (SEO Optimized)

• Photos (you send 5 per location)

• Submission for verification

I'll also update & optimize the current google business profiles as well.

Note: We have 2 options to create and manage all listings, 

1st Option: Giving me access to the Gmail account being used for Google Business which I saw for the NYC profile was preblast@gmail.com. This makes everything easier to properly create the new profiles & control verification, communication, and account-level ownership.

2nd Option: I create all of these profiles through my account & then give you ownership access. (I would push against this route because it makes it difficult for me to see whats really going on under the hood of the managment of these profiles & will make recovery much more of a difficulty)

While that’s happening I Will be:

• Fully optimizing each listing while waiting on verification

• Add extra location-specific external citations if needed to reduce the risk of Google flagging it as spam

2. How The Profile Verifications Will Work

For each location, I need a staff member to contact:

• Name of the staff member on-site

• Email address (so I can add them as a Manager)

• Phone number

• The location they belong to

I’ll add each person to their listing and coordinate directly with them.

Default plan is video verification. 

If Google offers phone or email verification instead, great — but I'm not counting on it. I’ll walk your staff through the video process step by step so it passes the first time. 

If verification fails (It happens sometimes), we make a small video change and resubmit. Often they will provide what we missed so we aren't repeating the same "mistake".

3. Attempting to Recover the Missing Listing (The One With ~50 Reviews)

Separately from the new listings, I’ll be working to recover the Google Business Profile that disappeared.

What I’ll do:

• Identify the old listing footprint (place ID, previous links, screenshots, any traces we can use)

• Submit a formal reinstatement request to Google

• Provide supporting documentation if requested (to prove the location is legitimate and still active)

Important: Recovery is not guaranteed. If Google previously marked the profile as “permanently closed” and removed it, they may not allow it to be reinstated. Review restoration is also not guaranteed — once removed, reviews are often unrecoverable.

If recovery is denied, the only thing left will be to create a new GBP for that location so it’s still represented on Google.

Summary Of What I'll Need From You:

• Decision Gmail Access 

• For each location: a staff name + email + phone of the on-site staff contact

• 5 photos per location

• The address of the lost GBP + any old screenshots, links, or emails tied to it

• Confirm your business hours (or “same for all”)

Timeline

• Day 1: I get the deposit, Gmail access, and contact list — I start building immediately

• Days 1–3: New profiles created and configured

• Days 3–7: Video verifications scheduled and submitted

• Days 7–14: Listings go live (depends on Google)

• Weeks 2–4: Recovery attempt plays out

  • If recovered → I reoptimize the profile

  • If not → I build a new one
