Problems
James originally hired a Florida-based developer to build e-netcapital.com. He had no access to the backend, no registrar control, and barely knew the person managing it.
When the site went down, he couldn’t recover it — and due to the domain being registered under someone else’s name on Squarespace, e-netcapital.com was lost entirely.
With no working website, no access, and no recourse, the business had no digital presence and no path forward.
Solutions
Thomas Shields stepped in and rebuilt the website from scratch — this time under a new domain, e-netcapital.info, fully registered and owned by James.
Everything was rebuilt with transparency: registrar access, platform control, and full ownership. The site was designed to be simple, mobile-friendly, and credibility-first — built to support client communication without ever putting James in that position again.
